Stress

Stress has the potential to break you. If ignored, it can detrimental to your health, grades and social life. My advice to anyone is to find a way to stop stress from building up in your life. WE all have class. WE all have clinical's. Everything we do as students and student nurses controls the layout of our days. It is important, however, to make time for yourself. Personally, I always pick one night of the week to not study. I do not do anything school related once I get home from work. I use this time to be with my family, friends or just to have some "me" time. Try it. Do a month trial. If it doesn't work then okay. If it does though, I am sure you will be glad it did. Trust me on this one. The most important part of school is learning how to manage your time. Do that, and the stress will find a way to disappear.
